Women's Mafia fashionable fridays

Marcy clark and Women's Mafia hosted Fashionable Friday Gifting Event at Arrojo Studio last Friday..It was one of the amazing Event hands down so far ive attended..it was an exclusive NYC fashion bloggers meet up group and journalists event.

We all were treated with hair and makeup makeovers from the professional at Arrojo Studio.

Nick arrojo was such a sweetheart...Ive been watching him working his magic on people on TLC's What Not To Wear, and to meet him in person was so surreal..

we also got a chance to meet the amazing and talented jewelry designer J. rudy Lewis and walk through his amazing new collections...Definitely attention grabbing and bold designs! and i was beyond excited when were given a free gift from his designs...I chose a bracelet with fringe!Definitely felt it was so meh..

We even had a book reading and book signing of the book SPA WARS: The ugly truth about the beauty industry by author Lora Condon. She is also a well known Esthetician, Make up artist and Beauty industry Consultant who has been working in the beauty and spa industry for over 15 years and put together hilarious anecdotes and experiences in her new book, which was recently featured in the New York Times.

There was even a fun studio photo boot called Pop up Studio by photographer David Christiansen, who entertained and captured the event ..it was definitely a fun and different experience!! we Fashion bloggers were captured being goofy and silly..and even had props to play around to take pictures..

Bob Mackie Event

It still feels so surreal that last week i had a chance to attend the Exclusive Debut series of Bob Mackie's Fashion and costume illustrations!! i was beyond excited and thrilled to be there with my lovely frens from New York Fashion Bloggers Meet up Group.It was an Exclusive event for the bloggers, editors and writers!! The hostess were amazingly welcoming and sweet!

We got to look around the amazing pieces of HIS exquisite, whimsical,imaginative and glamorous illustration!! WE were lucky enough to be able to choose any one illustration from the entire collection for FREE and i jst cant wait to get them!!

Its so hot here in NYC that u dont feel like wearing a lot of layers or i would say dressed up! So i jst throw on silk shirt and some random cycling shorts with my baby (LITA) and i instantly felt all pulled together even on this hot wave!! hopefully everyone is staying cool and dont forget to drink a lot of water!! Stay hydrated and Beautiful!

I think life is gonna be back in track after a bad week !!Loosing my valuable stuffs definitely pissed me off but i tried to find good things out from bad situations..I know what good could happen from loosing stuff..Well thats what my X taught me ..."Always try to find good things from bad situation"..i think in my situation.i ive become more careful, putting my stuff at right places and hopefully ill not loose my wallet anymore..Fingers crossed:)))

well ive been drooling over these shoes for so long..had a hard time to decide whether to get it in black or the silver one...i hab a lot of black shoes so i got the silver ones...WEll these shoes are even crazily loud and shiny,very disco in person ..love them..definitely an attention grabber..

Well i jst want this week to be over..not having a good week..Two days ago i lost my wallet with money in it..And today i lost my card holder..it had my bank cards, school id, my state id..Jst pissed off at myself wondering how da hell i could be so careless:((..This finished calling all the bank and other places to inform that i lost my cards..Well i hope everyone else is having a good weekday..cant wait to start fresh the next week..

Who doesnt know Abt Solestruck.com(They are the heaven for amazing online shoes store).Well last month i went to the casting of their newest lookbook To The Source with some of my friends from NYC Fashion Blogger meetup group..Well we all went for free shoes they were giving away but to my suprise i was one of the Lucky 8 for their look book...It was a new and fun experience for me..it was a bloggers' heaven at the photoshoot ..surrounded by tons and tons of amazing rad shoes, racks full of clothes and tons and tons of amazing jewelry!! And Yes the hair and make up people were amazing too...And who could forget the photographers and the stylists and YES THe amazing CRew of SOLESTRUCK.COM..Thankx to all of them..
