The highs and lows

This gorgeous bright color top was something that was peeking out from my sister's closet that caught my attention..So had to borrow it from her, i paired it the cutoffs and it make it look very casual and chic..paired it with my very faithful 4year old converse shoes!! i loved how it turned out!!I would say its so very meh!!
I hope you guys are starting a very good week, and all the NYers loving the rain:(((
